Jeff Lee – Managing Partner and Vice President, Life Sciences
Jeff has overall responsibility for the Mindlance Life Sciences practice with focus on strategy and new practice development. With over 16 years of experience in the pharma industry, Jeff is a functional and technical subject matter expert in the commercial and government contracting domain. Prior to founding the Life Sciences Practice at Mindlance, Jeff spent one year as Director, Technical Consulting with Edge Dynamics, a leading provider of supply chain management software that helps pharma manufacturers realize the benefits of using EDI 852 and EDI 867 data. Prior to Edge, he spent nine years with I-many, Inc. a leading software vendor in the Pharma commercial and government contract management industry. Jeff was the first person hired to start I-many's Professional Services division and served in the roles of Senior Technical Consultant, Director of Technical Services and Senior Director of Professional Services. Prior to I-many, he was an independent consultant in the pharmaceutical industry implementing I-many CARS at Bristol-Meyers Squibb and designing a chargeback system for CIBA. Jeff holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.

Sean Downey – Managing Partner
With over 13 years of experience in pharmaceutical contracting and compliance, Sean leads Mindlance's Government Contracting services. These services are focused on helping manufacturers establish and enhance effective business and technical operations to manage government-driven programs such as Medicaid, SPAP, Medicare, 340b VA and Tricare. Most recently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Services at I-many, Sean led, advised or managed over 40 commercial and government contracting projects. Prior to I-many, Sean held senior engineering, operations and information technology positions in the chemical and paper industries. Sean also holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.

Jeff Tanner – Managing Director
Jeff is a management and consulting professional with over 16 years of experience in information technology, consulting and program management. Jeff's experience brings with it a deep background in the pharmaceutical industry and in commercial and government contracting. Previously, Jeff spent eight years in various lead positions at I-many, Inc. including five years as a Senior Project Manager where he led multiple large scale implementations of I-many's product suite. Jeff also served in various leadership roles at I-many as a Senior Director in I-many's Professional Services organization with direct responsibility for the Industry Solutions and Contract Management practice. In addition, Jeff was responsible for Business Development for the Professional Services group. Prior to I-many, Jeff worked as a Business System Manager at Kellogg Company and was a Principle Consultant with Andersen Consulting. Jeff holds a BA in Business Economics and MBA in Management Information Systems.

Marcia Lambert – Managing Director
With more than twenty years of experience in solution delivery in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, Marcia leads Mindlance's contract management and business advisory services. Marcia has experience in all aspects of a project life cycle including vendor evaluation, project management, requirements definition, design, implementation, and support. In Marcia's work with Mindlance, she has led engagements focused on audits, assessments and evaluations for pharmaceutical companies in the areas of commercial and government contracting. Marcia is a subject matter expert in these areas and has been involved in 25+ projects for pharmaceutical companies in developing and implementing solutions to manage contracts and compliance including prescription data validation of PBM data. Prior to joining Mindlance, Marcia was a Senior Consultant in I-many's Professional Services and Sales organizations where she led numerous implementations of commercial and government contracting solutions over six years. Prior to I-many, Marcia was a Technical Consultant in the pharmaceutical industry implementing commercial, government, and sales and marketing solutions at Pfizer, Pharmacia, and Searle.

Vinit Makol – Director, Technical Services, Life Sciences
Vinit provides overall technical leadership for the Mindlance Life Sciences practice. Lead technical resource on 25+ implementations of I-many software. Technical expert in the pharmaceutical industry in the commercial and government contracting areas, including chargebacks, rebates, medicaid and government pricing. Prior to joining Mindlance, Vinit spent three years as an independent consultant working on I-many software, responsible for implementing, upgrading, customizing, tuning and supporting I-many CARS, Medicaid and Government Pricing for various pharmaceutical companies like Ivax, Teva, Berlex, and Bayer. Vinit also spent one year as a lead implementation architect at Caregain, a leading software vendor in the Consumer Directed Healthcare industry. He was the lead on implementations at Blue Cross-Blue Shield and Mellon Healthcare. Prior to Caregain, Vinit spent six years with I-many, Inc. in various lead technical positions, managing a technical team of 15+ resources.

Sandy Devinney – Director, Scientific & Clinical Practice
A scientist herself, Sandy has a tenured history of partnering with pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations both large and small to develop strategic solutions for their staff augmentation and direct hire initiatives. After starting her scientific career in 1990 as an analytical chemist at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Sandy has been providing staffing solutions to the life science industry ever since. An active member of many regional and national science organizations, Sandy has an extensive network and has been providing clinical and scientific staffing expertise to life science organizations for over 12 years now. She has been instrumental in managing business expansion initiatives, providing operational guidance, and leading business development and recruitment teams. Sandy holds a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences from The University of Delaware.

Chris McKeil – Principal
Chris is a Principal in Mindlance's Government Contracting practice, where he draws upon 15 years of experience focused primarily on Government Pricing (GP) policy and systems. During his career, Chris has had the opportunity to address GP issues from a number of perspectives, including time spent as Director of Government Contract Compliance at Wyeth as well as holding the position of GP Product Manager for Revitas Inc. where he led the initial design for the current ContractSphere/Flex GP module. In addition to these roles, Chris has worked extensively as a consultant with Accenture and CSC, leading multiple policy and system implementation projects. Chris holds a BBA from Acadia University (Canada).

Jon Smith – Principal
Jon joins Mindlance with over 11 years of experience in life sciences contracting and compliance. Prior to this role, he was Senior Consultant in the Sales and Professional Services groups with I-many, Inc. There, he led numerous engagements with pharmaceutical and diversified life sciences organizations, with a particular focus on business-side challenges, including profitability analysis and process optimization. An expert in pharmaceutical contracting, he advises clients on best practices in institutional and managed care contracts and transaction management. Jon holds a BA in English and an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern Maine.
