Quality is everyone's responsibility and Mindlance recognizes that the ultimate measure of success is customer satisfaction. Because our management and quality processes are externally rated CMMI Level 3, our methods are reliable and repeatable. Our approach includes specific action items designed to achieve continuous improvement. To provide high-quality deliverables that meet customer requirements, we have implemented Quality Assurance (QA) procedures to review and audit content before final delivery. QA will be facilitated first through periodic reviews of the project plan, requirements, TO deliverables, and reports defined by the contract and program management. In addition, our PMs will work with stakeholders to conduct in-progress reviews to determine whether deliverables are being developed in a consistent manner and meet the standards of quality.
