Customer Specific Courses: Mindlance develops each training course based on the customer's environment, operating procedures and system usage. Courses will reflect customer's data, system configuration, and business processes to accurately reflect the customer's day-to-day processing. This approach accelerates the learning curve for attendees and enhances the value of the course.

Reusable Solution: Mindlance will provide annual updates to the training material to reflect new system usage, upgrades to applications, or other changes in the customer's environment. This keeps the training material fresh and ready to use as needed by the customer.

Functional and Technical Training: Mindlance provides both functional and technical tracks. Our functional training focuses on business process and usage of the application. Our technical training focuses on the underlying application technology and database as well as the overall technical and integration environment.

Approach: To minimize cost and speed delivery, Mindlance has developed base training packages for each of the market leading applications. Using these packages as a starting point, we make modifications based on customer need and environment.
