| Engagement Model |
Mindlance offers three different engagement models based on the flexibility required by the customer. The objective of these engagement models is to provide lasting value proposition and true benefits by outsourced IT to the customer.
Time & Material Pricing Model (TMP): The standard time-and-materials methods of work, is based on actual spend. This is usually monitored through timesheets and progress reports. From your perspective, you are always assured of getting what you need and paying for only what is needed. This is the best method for implementing projects which are longer in duration and where the project specifications evolve as the implementation progresses. Large scale and complex projects are best executed using this approach.
Service Oriented Pricing Model (SOP): This pricing model is a Service Scope based Risk Reward pricing model. This model is strictly SLA driven. Under this model the resources are deputed at client site but they will be maintained and managed by Mindlance.
Remote Management Pricing Model (RIMP):This is a hybrid model which is similar to Service Oriented Pricing Model. This model involves service scope based risk reward pricing. This model again I s driven by stringent Service Level Agreement. Under this model the resource will be maintained and managed by Mindlance. All the work other than program management and escalations will be done within Mindlance premise.
