Once we identify the maturity areas, our focus is to improve the low maturity areas and find out the dependencies between levels and areas. Then we provide Test Improvement Suggestions for each level and each area to increase your Test Maturity plan which is in-line with organization’s business and testing objectives
• Test Application & Monitoring:We follow the structured and integrated approach to assess and improve your QA organization. Create awareness for the required test process improvement. Identify and prepare the TMM model improvement areas based on your QA organization priority. Evaluate the Process and Progress. Continuous monitoring of the key areas and levels till it attain the organization’s business and testing objectives.
